After years of catering and travel through France and Greece, Sarah Maryatt was so inspired by the world of fine foods she pursued a degree from the Western Culinary Institute. Upon graduation Sarah began teaching cooking classes at Sur la Table and working as a food stylist for television. She has been fortunate to work with many culinary celebrities and cookbook authors. Simply put Sarah loves to cook. The opportunity to show another food lover a new dish is simply her way of making a difference in this world!

David Dedrickson moved steadily up the culinary ladder, as sous chef for Salty's on the Willamette, saute' chef at Ray's Boathouse in Seattle and artisan pasta maker for Pasta Works. He even owned his own restaurant on Whidbey Island. Now our lead Tasting Chef, David is wildly popular among legions of food lovers.
