Weihenstephaner Korbinian Dopplebock – A full-bodied, dark Doppelbock with light brown foam. A balance of fruity plums and figs and a dark malt aroma—reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate.
Vella Dry Jack – A hard pressed, cow’s milk cheese. Nutty like parmesan with less salt and slight sweetness.
Hannah – A blended sheep and cows milk natural rind cheese. Somewhere between an aged manchego and cheddar.
