Join us in Cellar Z for an educational tasting exploring the fundamentals of sake. Learn how sake is made, the basic labeling classifications, and what factors are important in the production process that makes each style taste different. Midori Nakazawa from Sake One and John Hansen from RNDC will lead our seminar as we compare six different sake styles with small bites from chef Gabe Rosen.

Any cancellation made 24 hours prior to the scheduled class is fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will not be eligible for refunds.
