Sake Tasting with Joto Sake

Join us for a unique evening of sake starting with a sake cocktail reception followed by an introduction sake seminar outlining the history, production, and health benefits of sake with local sake expert John Hansen from RNDC. Yuto Someya from Joto Sake will discuss the history and tell the story of the individual sake breweries being featured, followed by a Q&A and passed appetizers served while Yuto and John pour 6 different sakes for our guests.
