Brewed locally in Bend, Riff Cold Brewed Coffee features 4 deliciously smooth flavors, each of which is unsweetened and unflavored and uses a different type of coffee to achieve its flavor profile. Founded by Crux Fermentation Project’s Paul Evers & former Stumptown Coffee food scientist Nate Armbrust, Steve Barham, former senior director at LinkedIn, and Bobby Evers and Kevin Smyth.
Cold Brewed coffee is created when coffee grounds have been steeped in cold water for 12-24 hours. During this lengthy process, the desirable compounds of coffee are able to be extracted, producing a product that is noticeably smoother, more chocolaty, and less acidic than coffee brewed hot.
Riff Flavor Profiles:

Arm In Arm: Artisanal black coffee with notes of red berry & stonefruit.
