- Cinnamon rolls come frozen and require attention the night before, as well as time to rise before baking.
Move cinnamon rolls from freezer to refrigerator the night before baking. Pull from refrigerator and allow them to rise in a warm place for 2 hours before baking. Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes until the center springs back. Cool for 10 minutes before frosting and serving. Rolls can also be baked the night before and then warmed and iced in the morning.
