Fresh & Wild Colossal Scallops


Dry packed and flown in fresh, these wild colossal scallops are the biggest in town.

A perfect appetizer or dinner, simply rub with olive oil, season with salt & pepper and pan sear for a few minutes per side. Try pairing with Zupan’s romesco sauce or wrapping with prosciutto.
Approximately 8 scallops per pound.
