This decadent holiday cheese & charcuterie board boasts layers of complexity and features some of our most loved and prized meats and cheeses, plus luscious pâtés, sweet jams, briny olives, delicious crackers, and nuts. We’ve listed some of our favorite options for cheeses, spreads, charcuterie, dips, bites, and crackers, so you can experiment with the combinations you love. We recommend choosing one to two of each hard and soft cheesse, plus one pate, one to two types of charcuterie, one sweet dip, one savory dip, two to three bites (perhaps one olive and two crunchy bites), and one or two cracker options. To arrange your board, start by spacing out the larger items (cheeses and dips on a large platter or board, then arrange your charcuterie in one section, and use the small bites to fill in any empty space on your board. The best boards are packed with an ample amount of treats to choose from!
