Crab & Guanciale Stuffed Sole

Preparation Methods

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Place the stuffed sole on a lightly greased baking dish or sheet pan. Place in oven and bake until the fish is opaque and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  • If desired, broil at the end for 1-2 minutes to get the top slightly browned.
