ABOUT THE WINERY
Château de la Jousselinière is a historic, family-owned estate in the Pays Nantais of France’s Loire Valley, near Nantes, where the Chon family has been making wine for more than 300 years. Founded in the late 1600s, the estate is best known for Muscadet Sèvre‑et‑Maine made from Melon de Bourgogne grown on granite and schist soils. Today, the family focuses on sustainable farming and traditional sur lie winemaking, creating crisp, mineral wines with a classic saline edge that pair beautifully with seafood.
