Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from Northern Burgundy. Cool-climate and limestone-driven, this Chablis is all about clarity and lift. Bright citrus and crunchy orchard fruit lead the way, followed by a clean, saline finish that keeps things focused and refreshing. Polished but never fussy, it’s a great example of why Chablis remains a favorite among fans of crisp, mineral-leaning whites.

ABOUT THE WINERY

Simonnet‑Febvre is one of the oldest wine houses in Chablis, founded in 1840 by Jean Febvre, originally a barrel cooper. The house began with sparkling wine production and famously continues that tradition today, making it unique within Chablis. Over generations, the Simonnet family helped shape the house into a respected producer of both still and sparkling Burgundy wines.
