This simple, creamy tuna salad is as delicious atop an herby blend of salad greens as it is between toasted bread for a sandwich. Microgreens add extra crunch and texture, and if dill isn’t your favorite herb, swap it for tarragon or chives.
Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce tins Zupan’s Markets Albacore Wild Tuna
- 4 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 5-ounce packages lettuce (we love 1 head butter lettuce, 1 romaine heart)
- Toby’s ranch dressing
- Avocado, sliced or cubed
- Radishes, sliced
Optional
- 1 package microgreens
- Fresh dill springs, chopped
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, including the liquid in the tins, and mayonnaise. Mix until uniform but still chunky.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the salad mix, microgreens, and dill. Add dressing to your preference and gently toss to combine.
- Top with tuna mixture and optional avocado and radishes. Enjoy!
