Baked Halibut in Mustard Cream Sauce

A simple yet delicious way to serve halibut in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

4 (6 oz.) halibut fillets

2 t. whole grain mustard

2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

1 T crème fraiche

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°. In a bowl mix mustard, cheese, crème fraiche, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the fish in a large, shallow roasting pan. Spread over top of the fish.

Bake fish for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbling.  Serve with steamed vegetables.
