Add a tropical twist to this classic cocktail with Boiron Frozen Fruit Purée.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz gin
  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Frozen Fruit Purée

Preparation

In a mixing glass, add lemon juice, simple syrup and gin. Add ice and stir.

Add champagne and frozen fruit purée, blending together with a spoon.

Julep strain into a chilled Champagne glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
