Ingredients
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz gin
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Frozen Fruit Purée
Preparation
In a mixing glass, add lemon juice, simple syrup and gin. Add ice and stir.
Add champagne and frozen fruit purée, blending together with a spoon.
Julep strain into a chilled Champagne glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
