Cool off with homemade sangria! Featuring Toscana wine, our housemade OJ & locally made citrus syrup.


  • 1 bottle Argiano Toscana, or other Sangiovese wine
  • 1/2 cup Zupan’s Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 6 tbsp Portland Syrups Citrus-Passion Syrup
  • 1 Pineapple, cubed
  • Mint for garnish


Mix wine, orange juice and Citrus Passion syrup together in a large pitcher.

Fill individual glasses with ice and pineapple chunks. Pour the wine mixture over ice and pineapple. Stir and garnish with mint.
