This dip is a Momofuku fan-favorite. The creamy ricotta is a perfect match for Chili Crunch.
- 1 15oz pack of ricotta
- lemon zest (1 lemon)
- lemon juice (about 4 tbsp or 1 lemon)
- 1 tsp Momofuku Savory or Spicy Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Momofuku Chili Crunch
Place the ricotta into a food processor and add lemon zest, lemon juice, and seasoned salt, and mix to combine. After all ingredients are incorporated, slowly stream in the olive oil.
Empty the whipped ricotta into a serving bowl and drizzle Momofuku Chili Crunch on top, adding more to taste. Or, spread on a piece of grilled or toasted bread with chili crunch and fresh parsley.
Serve with your favorite chips or toasted bread.
