Raspberry Rhubarb Pie

A new item from local Portland bakery Baskeshop. Flaky old fashioned pie dough filled with raspberries and rhubarb that have been tossed in homemade jam and a dash of cinnamon sugar. Topped with a buckwheat streusel and baked until bubbly and the crust is caramelized.
