- Maintain BR Data (POS) with a high degree of accuracy. Includes new items, price changes from vendors, UPC and PLU codes. Create daily batches sent to stores.
- Execute temporary price reductions (TPR) for weekly/monthly ads and promotional items.
- Set prices for items based on desired gross.
- Create weekly flow report for all stores.
- Communicate daily with vendors to resolve issues with invoices (credits, allowances).
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice payment discrepancies.
- Works closely with store level POS and Receivers to ensure enforcement of receiving procedures.
- Work closely with department directors to maintain an accurate list of PLUs made available to all store department managers and receivers.
- Coordinate with vendors on all price changes and promotions.
- Coordinate with department managers on new items that need to be added to BR Data.
- Responsible for entering all coupons and promotions (ads) into ISS45 ensuring proper dates and codes are used.
- Responsible for the daily, quarterly and year-end reporting of associate discounts.
- Responsible for weekly sales and on demand product reporting.
- Perform routine audits in BR Data to correct inaccuracies, review store overrides and to remove discontinued items. Generate monthly reporting to review gross.
- Maintain ADC scale program. Includes entering items, price, Tare weights, ingredients and shelf life.
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with vendors, department managers and store level POS and Receivers.
- Administrator of the BR Data Cloud reporting system.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum five years grocery POS/Receiving experience.
- POS “host” experience desired.
- Familiarity with BR Data or comparable POS system.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable with ADC scale program and ISS45 front end system.
Language, Mathematics, and Reasoning Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations. Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from other managers, store managers, vendors & customers. Strong basic math skills including the ability to add, multiply, divide, subtract and calculate percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and discounts. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems.
