The Farm to Market Series began in 2015 to celebrate Zupan’s 40th anniversary and throughout the years has featured exclusive bottlings created in partnership with local breweries including Breakside, Wayfinder, Fort George & more.
Zupan’s Markets has partnered with Ferment Brewing to develop this 27th beer in the Farm-to-Market lineup.
Aged in wine barrels for 6 months and blended with a smaller batch aged in Bourbon Barrels for 11 months, this beer is rich and roasty, with lots of notes of red wine, dark fruit and dark chocolate.
13% ABV | 500ml
Tasting Notes: Rich and full-bodied with notes of red wine and dark cocoa.
Pairing Notes: This is a rich beer with amazing nuances of red wine and is a perfect pairing for all things holiday. From pre-dinner fruit & cheese plates to turkey dinner to a delectable lip-smacking dessert with poached pears and Zupan’s Vanilla ice cream, you can enjoy throughout the entire meal.
