Ingredients
- 12 slices Grand Central Rustic bread (or other rustic loaf)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise, plus more as needed
- ¾ cup Hanna’s Honey Clover Honey, plus more as needed
- ¾ cup Stonewall Kitchen Fig and Ginger Jam, plus more as needed
- 3-4 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 pounds Alta Langa Castelbelbo Brie, sliced
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Preparation
- Assemble the sandwiches by layering the bread with mayonnaise, honey, jam, apple slices, brie, and balsamic glaze, if you like.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat or preheat a panini press. Grill the sandwiches in batches until golden brown on both sides.
