Ingredients
- 3½ cups mixed lettuce and frisée
- 8 slices prosciutto (or substitute with Coppa or other cured meat)
- Burrata or mozzarella balls
- ½ melon, diced or scooped into small balls
- ½ cup shelled pistachios
- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Tuck the sliced or scooped melon in the frisee.
- Tear the prosciutto into bite-size pieces and scatter overtop along with pistachios. Place burrata in middle or scatter mozzarella balls.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil or your favorite balsamic or vinaigrette.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper.
