Ingredients
- 2 Ahi tuna steaks, (1 ½ inches thick, around 12-ounces each)
- ½ tablespoon kosher salt
- ½ tablespoon coarse ground pepper
Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons good quality honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- ⅛ teaspoon fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
