Pimiento Cheese Sandwiches – 2 Ways

Ingredients

Cold Sandwich:

  • Franz Buttermilk bread
  • Zupan’s Pimiento cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • Butter Lettuce, washed and dried

Grilled Sandwich:

  • Franz Buttermilk Bread
  • Zupan’s Pimiento cheese spread
  • Butter, softened
  • Sonoma Brinery Bread & Butter pickles

Preparation

Cold Sandwich:
Cut crusts off bread.

Spread generous amount of pimiento cheese on bread. Top with tomato and lettuce.

Grilled Sandwich:
Cut crusts off bread.

Spread butter evenly over one side of each slide. Spread generous amount of pimiento cheese on other side.

Place butter side down in skillet over medium low heat. Place pickles over cheese and top with other slide of bread, butter side up. Grill until golden on each side.
