Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Dolci Sapori Frastuchella pistachio cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package cannoli shells
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts (or nut of choice)

Preparation

  1. Using a stand or handheld mixer, add heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, pistachio cream and powdered sugar to a bowl, whip on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Spoon mixture to piping bag or zip lock bag. Cut a corner and begin piping cream into each side of the cannoli shells.
  3. Sprinkle each side of cream with hazelnuts, or nut of choice. Enjoy!
