Our house-made sausages are a simple, hearty foundation for this fast sheet-pan dinner. To change up the flavors, also try our sun-dried tomato basil sausages. Our Zupan’s veggie packs are the best time saver! The onions here become caramelized and golden as they cook in the oven, making a deeply umami dinner that’s mostly hands-off.
Ingredients
- 4-6 Zupan’s housemade Chicken Feta Spinach Sausages
 - 1-2 Zupan’s chopped vegetables packs, such as sweet potatoes or brussel sprouts
 - 1-2 bags frozen potatoes
 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 teaspoon garlic sea salt
 - Olive oil (we love Laudemio Frescobaldi Raccolto 2021)
 - Thyme sprigs (optional)
 - 1 8-ounce container fresh feta cheese, drained and crumbled
 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Add the sausages, vegetables, potatoes, onion, and thyme sprigs (if using) to the prepared baking sheet.
 - Toss with the garlic salt and a generous drizzle of olive oil and roast for 30 to 40 minutes, or until sizzling and cooked through.
 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle feta. Enjoy!
