- 28 oz bag Tater Tots, such as Alexia Potato Puffs, defrosted to room temperature
- Creme fraiche or sour cream
- 2 oz. jar caviar
- Chopped chives
Defrost Tater Tots to room temperature. Preheat waffle iron until hot. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and add cover surface with half the Tater Tots. Close waffle iron, pressing down if necessary, and cook until golden brown and crispy, Cut waffle into 8 edges, top with crème fraiche and caviar. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
