Ingredients

  • ¼ cup kosher salt(avoid using iodized table salt)
  • ¼ cup coarse black pepper
  • ¼ cup granulated garlic(use 2 tablespoons if all you have is garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, crushedUse a mortar and pestle or small hand blender to grind up.
  • 1 tablespoon ground thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red chili pepper flakes
