Additional Details

  • Whole turkeys are available for pickup November 21-25.
  • Turkey is uncooked. When selecting your pickup time, remember to account for prep time.
  • Our turkeys are deep-chilled, but not frozen, so that the preservative-free birds will taste best at your table. If you plan to brine your turkey, we recommend picking it up by Saturday, November 23, to allow for prep time.
  • We recommend 2 lb per person.

Spatchcock My Turkey

Backbone removed to allow turkey to lay flat while cooking. Spatchcocking will change turkey weight, but not change the amount of meat.
