This first-of-its-kind carbonated organic sparkling water combines organic tea, botanicals, and fruit extract, without sugar to create a refreshing drink with LOTS of flavor. The idea came when founders Tommy and Salim were looking for something new to drink but could only find bland flavors or sugar-laden drinks. With the unique flavor combinations, your taste buds will be thanking you with every sip.

MìLà SOUP DUMPLINGS

What started as a small food project to connect with their family’s history and serve as a reminder of their Chinese identity, MìLà has become a successful dumpling empire dishing up restaurant quality dim sum at home. Formerly known as XCJ, this Seattle-based, Chinese-American, husband and wife team creates authentic Chinese soup dumplings that go from freezer to table in just 11 minutes! Serve these tasty dumplings with your favorite sauces as an appetizer, main course or even a late-night snack.

Get ready for a summer of seacuterie. A quick, easy, and delicious way to entertain, tinned fish paired with a bountiful spread is sure to surprise and delight. We are excited to add Don Gastronom and Maria Organic to our tinned fish assortment at Zupan’s Markets.

Don Gastronom – This family-run business was founded in 1966 on Spain’s Galician coast where the most exquisite Spanish seafood is captured. From the time their grandfather started the business, they have been committed to following his traditional heritage, while at the same time integrating new food technologies. Featuring Yellowfin Tuna with Orange & Clover, Lemon or Honey Mustard, these tunas are perfect for a gourmet salad, paired with your favorite crackers, or tossed with pasta.

Maria Organic – The Portuguese icon when it comes to fish, Maria Organic uses only traditional methods to prepare their seafood, without using chemicals or preservatives. The resulting product is a healthy, high-quality, sustainable option from the Iberian Peninsula. Featuring sardines and mackeral, pair with your favorite crackers, toss with pasta or simply enjoy directly from the tin.

Kure Superfood bars

Founded in Portland by friends, Nate and Nick, Kure started with the mission of bringing healthy unprocessed, whole, nutrient-rich foods without the junk to the Portland community. From superfood café to organic snacks, they are continuing their goal of making good food decisions easy. With three flavors to choose from, each bar starts with a base of organic date paste and almond butter.
