Organically grown in Yolo County, California on Cliff Fong’s family farm, these delicious tomatoes are harvested at the peak of ripeness and go from vine to can within hours. Packed with a touch of sea salt & organic basil, these tomatoes are slightly sweet and ultra-fresh tasting. Unlike many canned tomatoes, these contain no calcium chloride, often used as a firming agent to keep tomatoes structurally intact even after pasteurization and storage.
