Zupan’s Markets has for the first time partnered with Hetty Alice Beers to create the 33rd beer in our Farm to Market series—a flash-frozen fresh hop IPA that’s all about preserving peak flavor. This beer utilizes a cutting-edge cryogenic process, where hops are harvested and immediately frozen, then shattered to remove vegetal material before being pelletized. The result is a clean, vibrant hop profile that’s juicy and aromatic without the bitterness.
