MADE IN COLLABORATION WITH SEATTLE CIDER COMPANY, THIS SAISON STYLE HARD CIDER (OR TABLE CIDER) HAS A LIGHT, TART BODY WITH A PEPPERY AND TROPICAL AROMA.  

The Farm to Market Series began in 2015 to celebrate Zupan’s 40th anniversary and throughout the years has featured exclusive bottlings created in partnership with local breweries including Breakside, pFriem, Fort George & more. 

Zupan’s Markets has partnered with Seattle Cider Company to develop this 26th bottling in the Farm-to-Market lineup. 

This saison-style hard cider is made from Washinton apples with traditional saison yeast. This super dry and floral cider is so versatile it is a food lovers dream! Pair with any of our housemade sausages, pan-fried pork chops with roasted apples, crunchy fall salad of frisée, apple and shaved fennel, duck confit with sage and crispy potatoes, and all things Thai and spicy.

Tasting Notes: This cider is co-fermented with coriander, peppercorn, grapefruit peel, and back sweetened with wildflower honey to really help accentuate those spicy attributes of the expressive yeast while giving it a rustic edge.
