Enjoy this New England favorite every Friday throughout the summer, available in our deli starting at 10 AM until sell out.

The lobster roll is a New England classic with roots along the coast in the early 20th century, when fishermen tucked fresh lobster into buttered bread as a simple meal on the go. Over time, it evolved into the two iconic styles we know today, with Maine style rolls served chilled and lightly dressed with mayonnaise for a bright, refreshing bite that lets the sweetness of the lobster shine.

Our take stays true to that tradition. Cool, creamy, and perfectly balanced with a touch of lemon and herbs, it is the kind of easy, summer-ready indulgence that feels right at home on a warm afternoon.
