This vinegar is delicious on a wide range of dishes. Drizzle it on fresh berries & ice cream or add on top of salad greens with Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings. Grill eggplant then add fresh mint and add balsamic vinegar at the end. It’s also great in pasta and atop a variety of meats, such as grilled flank steak. And of course, pairs well with local tomatoes and Zupan’s fresh-stretched mozzarella or simply a fresh-baked baguette. Zupan’s Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is crafted in Modena, Italy by the Maletti Family. This six year aged balsamic vinegar is of medium-density and created from the wine and grape musts of selected Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape varietals, directly from the Maletti family vineyards. The excellence of the balsamic comes from both the quality of ingredients, as well as the quality of the wine reduction and density of the grape must.
