This drink highlights Fino Jarana, a dry, crisp sherry with almond and bakery notes. Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth De Chambéry
- 1/2 oz Lustau Fino Jarana Jerez Xeres Sherry
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis-Alexandre V.O.S.P. Cognac & Orange Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Hennessy Cognac
- 1 oz Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/4 oz Runamok Smoked Maple Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup
- 2-3 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: orange peel, star anise
Preparation
Stir ingredients over ice for 5 seconds max. Strain into a chilled, classic Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a pierced orange peel and 1 star anise.
