This cocktail is super versatile. It’s slightly sweet and perfect for all things holiday. The festivity comes through the orange notes in the Cointreau and the Orasella Maraschino Cherry garnish.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Trail’s End 10 year Kentucky Bourbon (or a bourbon of your choice)
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Dolin Vermouth Rouge De Chambéry
- 1/2 Cocchi Americano Bianco
- Garnish: Orasella Maraschino Cherries & orange twist
Preparation
Stir ingredients over ice for 5 seconds max. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice or large cube. Garnish with 2 cherries on a pick and an orange twist.
Note: This drink is also lovely served straight up. Either way, it’s absolutely delicious on its own or paired with a savory appetizer or sweet dessert. Make sure to only stir over ice for 5 seconds to maintain the integrity of the spirits.
