- 1/2 lb Ahi Tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red onion, thinly shaved
- 1/4 cup Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- sea salt
Salt the ahi tuna and crust in coarse ground black pepper.
Grill the crusted ahi very briefly on all sides over high heat and immediately remove from the grill.
Place slices of avocado and shaved red onion on a platter. Season liberally with sea salt and lemon, sprinkle with parsley, and finish with a hearty drizzle of olive oil.
Slice the ahi into finger-thick slices and place atop the avocado and red onion.
