Andre Clouet is produced in a village called Bouzy, where the vineyards sit on 20 acres of land. The estate is owned by Jean-François Clouet, a Bouzy native with a family history in the region dating prior to the 17th Century. 1741 is marked as the foundation of the house by the eponymous André Clouet.

Generous and fine. Another Champagne from Clouet that achieves both structure and opulence yet remains focused. Plenty of bright red fruit and very obviously Pinot Noir. Yet all the pleasure points that make Champagne so special are woven throughout.
