Available in a variety of gourmet options and flavor profiles and perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying during a night at home. Each are delicious on its own, or take it up a notch by adding a sauce, dip or garnish.

Truffle Arancini with Wild Mushrooms

A blend of wild mushrooms, accented with black truffle oil, is paired with a creamy parmesan and herb risotto, rolled in panko bread crumbs. Serve on a bed of marinara sauce garnished with Italian parsley.

Mini Wellington

A savory piece of beef tenderloin or tender chicken breast accented with mushroom duxelle, wrapped in a French-style puff pastry. Serve with horseradish dipping sauce or grain mustard
