Preparation Methods
Stove-Top
- In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat until lightly smoking.
- Sear the beef until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Pour in your favorite tomato sauce, enough to almost cover the Braciole. Add lid to pan and cook over low heat, turning occasionally until beef is tender and easily pierced with a fork. 30 minutes - 1 hour depending on size.
- Remove the butcher's twine, slice, and serve. Delicious served over pasta and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
