Veal Milanese

A classic Italian dish originating in Milan. Our tender veal rib chops are pounded thin and coasted with breadcrumbs, parsley & oregano.

Preparation Methods

Stove-Top

  • In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat equal parts olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until crisp and golden brown.
  • Transfer chops to wire rack for 1 minutes to drain, then serve and enjoy.
