- 3 fresh Maryhill Peaches, pitted and quartered
- 1 1/2 cups milk, or your favorite non-dairy beverage
- 1 cup yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of ginger
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice
- Honey, maple syrup or stevia to sweeten
- Optional: scoop of protein powder
Add all ingredients except chia seeds to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Divide the smoothie between two large cups with lids and a straw. Add one tablespoon of chia seeds to each cup, add the lid and shake until well combined.
Enjoy while cold.
