Peach Breakfast Smoothie

peach smoothie from Zupan's Markets

  •  3 fresh Maryhill Peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, or your favorite non-dairy beverage
  • 1 cup yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of ginger
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Honey, maple syrup or stevia to sweeten
  • Optional: scoop of protein powder


Add all ingredients except chia seeds to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Divide the smoothie between two large cups with lids and a straw. Add one tablespoon of chia seeds to each cup, add the lid and shake until well combined.

Enjoy while cold.
