Tea Bar

Founded by Portland local Erica Indira Swanson, Tea Bar aims to make high quality tea approachable. With six varieties of tea, they’re best known for Premium Matcha, which is sourced from a small family farm in Uji, Japan. For London Fog fans, Tea Bar’s in-house blend features earl grey tea with bergamot oil and lavender sourced from the Columbia River Gorge.

After cutting her teeth in Paris and San Francisco, executive chef Lindsay Gott settled in Hood River and worked in local bakeries before setting out on her own. With a desire to create frozen, patisserie-level baked goods for busy food lovers, Gott founded Gateaux Cakes. Her cakes take local to the next level – made with flour milled in the Pacific Northwest, local dairy & eggs.

After years of handcrafting her breadsticks for dinner parties with friends, founder Jennifer Behar had an epiphany to turn her hobby into a business. Made from scratch using an Italian Biga, a pre-fermented dough, along with olive oil, salt and rosemary. These breadsticks are the perfect addition to any cheese board.
