It’s 5-o’clock, your’re hungry, and you need something fast & delicious for dinner. The answer: our housemade Sage-Brined Pork Chops. Perfect for a quick, weeknight dinner these delicious chops are ready to grill, pan fry or bake with no prep.

Sourced locally from Carlton Farms and brined with garlic, sage, brown sugar, juniper berries, salt & pepper. These juicy pork chops pair well with sautéed spinach, roasted potatoes, and your favorite Chardonnay.

To prepare:
On medium to medium-high heat, grill or pan fry for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. For baking, sear each side for 1-2 minutes in a cast iron pan, then finish in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
