Corn on the cob, a quintessential summertime staple. Zupan’s is proud to feature Brentwood Diamonds corn. Grown in the Sacramento River Delta region, the warm days plus cool nights create a unique microclimate which enhance the sugars in the corn. This corn is known to be one of the sweetest, best tasting varieties available. The corn was first planted in the region in the 1940’s, when the area was known for its production of lettuce, apricots, and melons.
